The luxury, newly built villa Frederica is located very close to the famous beach club Super Paradise and the cosmopolitan beach club-restaurant Jackie’ O. Being nicely hidden on a quiet hill only a few minutes’ drive from the airport and the Chora, town of Mykonos, makes it a very rare and exclusive island retreat.

The residence consists of the main villa and two guest houses with an overall of 5 en-suite bedrooms with king size double beds all with sea view. The master bedroom with its large private veranda, with a panoramic sea view, occupies the first floor of the main villa whereas 2 of the other bedrooms are on the ground floor. The two guest houses have their own independent entrance each, fully equipped kitchen and a sofa single bed where a third person can be accommodated.

The dining area with the fully equipped kitchen and the living rooms on the ground floor of the main villa, with the elegant furniture made by well-known designers, as well as the steam bath and the central air-conditioning system, can offer luxurious and relaxing vacations.

At the large outdoor lounge area, you will be amazed by the extraordinary huge rocks spread in the garden, offering high privacy, while you are lying on the sun beds by the pool or the open-air Jacuzzi with a view to the endless blue of the sunny sky as it meets the shiny Aegean Sea.

And when the golden hour comes you can enjoy your drinks and an alfresco dinner sitting comfortably around the long wooden dining tables at the sheltered BBQ-bar area near the pool.

The personnel, who stay at the premises permanently at a discreetly located studio with independent entrance to avoid disturbance, clean the villa on a daily basis and can offer their assistance to any request or difficulty it may arise.

The villa is equipped with a power generator in case of public network power failure whereas more than 10 cars can be accommodated at the large parking area.
