The villa of 340 sq. meters consists of three floors. The entrance from a wide veranda with seating area is found on the ground floor and leads into two reception rooms, one of them with fireplace, one dining room, an open plan kitchen, one large bedroom with en suite and one small wc.  Proceeding from the ground floor to the first floor by the stairs, there is a small hall from which you can step out on to a veranda with an amazing sea view. The first floor consists of two master bedrooms both with en suite.  A bonus feature of this villa is that when you descend the stairs to the basement, you are greeted by a very large spacious area consisting of a kitchen with bar in the corner and a reception room with fireplace.  Leading off this area, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one utility room and one  smaller room for house staff. From the living room of the basement, there is a door leading outside to the swimming pool.  The outside recreation area consists of a large inbuilt BBQ, two pergolas with one dining table for eight and sun loungers.  This luxurious villa is situated on the right side of the complex and offers magnificent, panoramic sea views from all aspects. The villa is built according to the traditional Myconian architecture within perfectly designed, lush gardens. The main features include white plaster, local stone, natural rocks, in-built couches, large verandas with wooden pergolas and cycladic arches. The villa totally has 7 bedrooms (5 large and two smaller ones) and sleeps 14 guests of whom two sleep in a double sofa bed in the ground floor living room leading to the private pool which has underwater seats and jacuzzi. All household and electrical appliances are supplied for the visitors comfort. These include TV, DVD and WIFI, crockery and cutlery, coffee machine, toaster, washing machine and hair dryer.  Safe, Clothes’ dryer, iron and ironing board and a full supply of linen and towels, including large beach towels are also provided. The vila is equipped with a safe, and the Estate has an all night security guard patrol. Cleaning staff are engaged for 1 hour daily in the villa and all linens are changed 3 times a week.  If extra staff services are required, they can be supplied at a small cost, on request.
